PROGRAM TESTIMONIAL
I was initially seeking accountability to reestablish my journaling practice, but what I discovered was so much deeper than that. The weekly journal prompts were thoughtfully designed to address my personal needs, and served as an empowering framework for exploring my thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Throughout our sessions, Mikey consistently created a safe space for introspection, and I wholeheartedly appreciated his insights, gentle guidance, and encouragement.
This program is unique in that it offers a helpful balance of self-reflection and professional support, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone seeking personal growth, healing, and a deeper understanding of themselves. This program has the potential to be a life-changing endeavour." - Cindy Gallant, 2024
Journaling The Journey
_edited_edited.jpg)
Navigating personal challenges often requires a deep dive into our thoughts, experiences, and emotions. For many, this kind of "emotional archeology" is made more accessible through the power of the written word. With this premise, we offer this 6-week reflective writing program hosted online.
The essence of this program lies in evidence-based reflective writing techniques that invites individuals and groups to engage with carefully selected writing prompts each week. These personally-tailored prompts are designed to help individuals explore, articulate, and understand their most pressing personal challenges. The journey doesn't end with writing. Each session is coupled with structured one-on-one video calls that provide participants an opportunity to discuss, interpret, and make sense of their written reflections, further enhancing self-awareness and insight and allowing them to arrive at their own possible solutions.
In Journaling the Journey, the goal is twofold: to offer a structured environment for introspection, and to use written reflection as a stepping stone for personal growth and understanding. Join us and explore the therapeutic potential of writing!

PROGRAM TESTIMONIAL
The energy of this workshop was perfect! I felt safe to be my authentic self and to not hold back. Although it was an emotional day, I felt like I was able to work through some deeply-harboured resentment, to which I’m very grateful. I’ll definitely be attending whichever seminar comes next. Thank you, Meraki. ~ Mia Lynch
